It’s early morn,
Before the dawn,
The Son before the sun.
You woke me up,
You called me out,
So with You I’ll be one.
I bend my knee,
To bend Your ear,
I pray that You might hear.
I come to You,
To come to me,
Your presence is so dear.
It’s by Your blood,
That I apply,
What else can make me clean?
And by Your word,
I pray and read,
Your Spirit I can glean.
Now here I am,
I’m at Your feet,
To minister to You.
It’s by Your love,
And through Your will,
Your purpose I pursue.
