Think It Not Strange

It seems all day long your fighting,
Between rock’em sock’em trees;
And between three laws your living,
With only one that sets you free.
At a high school dance named Eden,
With endless shoulder tap pleas.
Is your name really not Adam?
Cause you could have fooled me.

Oh, this Christian life we’re living,
It’s strange, would you not agree?
But there’s a way to stop the stumbling,
A paradox that holds the key.
It’s a means in whatever situation,
Even in lack we’re content to be.
You see, I have learned the secret,
To do all things in Him who empowers me.
