What is the agreement?
The one you previously made.
With every single person,
You’ve created an established frame.
When God caused you to wander.
The kindness they would show.
The thing that each must do for you,
At every place you go.
Whether family, friend or coworker,
There’s a constant scaffolding,
A pressing mold and border,
That’s maintained while traveling.
This subtle treaty unwritten,
A promise struck with no shake;
This social contract and arrangement,
Near impossible to break.
And yet a humpty dumpty.
A straightened paperclip.
That can’t be put back together,
Despite your kingsmen’s grip.
But there is one vindication.
A thousand-piece silver plan.
One pact beyond all others.
A deal made before time began.
Seen by the eyes of those with you,
Revealing how you’ve been cleared.
It wipes away not only ordinances,
But even more, the shameful tears.
Let no one therefore judge you,
In the shadows of things to come.
Let no one defraud you either,
All are weak outside the Son.
His land is now before you,
To dwell where you may please.
By prayer there is the healing,
Not dwelling on the things seen.
So, hold the Head completely.
His visit and promise to show.
You’ll be richly supplied together,
His appointed time of life to know.
