My eyes take you in,
Beholding such chaos.
I see you standing there,
As normal as can be;
But I know better,
Your body is electric,
Streaming with emotion,
And your face says it all.
As your lips start to quake,
You wish to hold me;
Not only because of love,
But also, because you’re falling.
