Cleansing the Temple

Overturning tables,
Riches hitting floor,
Fuming moneychangers,
Believe this is a war.
Entitled den of robbers,
Merchandise rewards,
Selling sheep and oxen,
Prevent who can’t afford.
Driven out of temple,
With whip made of cords,
Healing lame and blind,
To those who call Him Lord!
Ever present warning,
You who buy and sell,
Careful how you’re sitting,
In house prayer should dwell.
